I am no stranger to the public eye, but having my own website is strange, even for me. Why isn’t LinkedIn good enough? Well, I’ve been advised by smart PR and marketing people that I need a better digital repository for the accomplishments I’ve been a part of, so here we are. Mostly, LinkedIn doesn’t allow as much detail and photography as a separate domain, and I really do want an outlet to share the tremendous work of the teams I’ve had the privilege to work with and lead at Formica, Fletcher Building, and now, Pioneer Landscape Centers.

The challenge with a personal website is not coming across as brash, or self-involved. Those that have worked with me will know my thoughts on being the smartest person in the room: I’m not, nor do I want to be. If I’m the smartest in the room then I’m not learning, and the business is not being challenged. My key to success has been having the right folks on my teams to take businesses to the next level. This site is not for me. It is for those teams, and their accomplishments. I’m pleased you’re here to learn more about them.
